Prospective Applicants
This website is designed to help prospective applicants for ARRA funding find broadband project partners, so interested parties can contact each other to partner in potential projects.
Use this website to find broadband project ideas and partners, find complementary resources, combine expertise, and create stronger proposals to apply for potential ARRA funding.
How Do I Use This Site?
The State of Iowa needs your help providing ideas and expertise. There are several ways you may make use of this site.

Search:
You can search for grants or collaboration opportunities that interest you. You do not need to create an account to search (see "Search" below to link to those items). -
Follow:
You may choose to follow an opportunity and will receive updates as they occur. You must first create an account (see “How Do I Create an Account?” below). -
Join:
You may choose to join an opportunity. By joining, the entity that created the opportunity can contact you directly to discuss a possible partnership. You must first create an account (see “How Do I Create an Account?” below). -
Add New Opportunity:
You have an idea and would like to find partners. You must create an account (see “How Do I Create an Account?” below). After you have an account, you must go to the "Dashboard" link on the navigation menu, and then click the "Add New" link. Select the categories which best describe your business, and enter your company profile and services offered in the description. When somebody searches for criteria that match your opportunity’s title/description, your business will show up in their search results.
How Do I Create an Account?
To create an account, click the “Sign In” button located on the right side of the orange navigation bar. This will redirect you to the State of Iowa “Enterprise A&A” login/registration page.
- If you are a state employee, simply enter your work email address and current password in the Account ID and Password fields.
- If you have previously registered on another state web site using “Enterprise A&A” and have been assigned an @IowaID account, enter that account ID and the password you previously created. If you have forgotten your password or ID, please click on the “Forgot Password” or “Forgot ID” tabs.
- If you do not already have an account, click the “Create an Account” tab and follow the on-screen directions.
Search
Grants Search - Search for grants that might interest you.
Opportunity Search - Search for opportunities that are looking for specific skill sets or resources.
